Roger Williams Park A big and beautiful park, located at 1000 Elmwood Avenue. The park also includes:

Zoo: Admission is $15 for adults and $10 for children (Free to RI residents the 1st Saturday of every month) 

Museum of Natural History and Planetarium: Museum admission is $2 and Planetarium is $3 (Free to RI residents
the 1st Saturday of every month!)

Carousal: Cost is $2. Also includes a mini train ($3) and a playground!

Botanical Center: Admission is $3 for adults and $1 for children

Skating RinkAn all-age friendly skating rink, open late November - March. Admission is $6 for adults and $3 for children (plus $3 skate rental). Discounted prices weekdays 4-6pm and Wednesday nights. (Free to RI residents the 1st Saturday of every month!) Located in Kennedy Plaza.

Providence Children’s MuseumAn interactive museum designed for 3-11 year-old children to learns hands-on. Admission is $9. Located at 100 South St. 

Movie and IMAX theaterA huge movie theater and Providence's only IMAX theater! Tickets are $9.50-$11 for adults and $8.50 for children. Located at the Providence Place Mall, right above the food court

RISD Art Museum A art museum home to everything from classical to contemporary works. Admission is $3 for children and free for Brown students. Located at 224 Benefit St.

Ladd ObservatorySee the stars and planets through one of Brown University's telescopes that is open to public and free of charge, Tuesdays from 7-9 pm. Located at 210 Doyle Avenue.

Haffenreffer Museum of AnthropologyA museum of archeology and cultural anthropology. Located on the Main Green of Brown's campus.

Slater MillAn interactive museum highlighting the lives of New Englanders in the age of the Industrial Revolution. Located at 67 Roosevelt Ave, Pawtucket

Gallery Night ProvidenceA free tour of galleries, museums, and sites around Providence. From March-November, the 2-hour tour runs the 3rd Thursday of each month 5-9 pm. Board the Art Bus at Regency Plaza (Greene and Fountain St)
