There are a lot of steps to take in order to apply for college, some beginning as early as 5th grade. Below is a timeline that illustrates how students can take advantage of pre-college resources, select the best high school, and complete the requirements to graduate. BRYTE's College Resource Guidebook provides details about all of the programs mentioned below, and the NECAP Graduation Requirement page elaborates on the NECAP exam. The Advice for Applying to College page details one BRYTE tutor's account of successfully helping his tutee get in to college. For students interested in pursuing careers right out of high school, check out the Employment Readiness page.
